I am an ICF PCC-certified Leadership and Career Coach, with 15 years in the tech industry. My coaching creates space for clarity, confidence, and purposeful action.

What shaped my coaching

I’ve personally gone through big transitions that reshaped how I see work and leadership:

• I stepped into leadership – managing former colleagues while facing imposter syndrome
• I navigated leadership – discovering my style that truly aligns with my personality and values
• I’ve been laid off – learning how to rebuild and redefine my path
• I moved to new countries without a job – learning how to adapt and start from scratch
• I transitioned from employment to self-employment – building a coaching practice from the ground up with purpose and intention

Alongside these transitions, I bring 15 years of international business experience. During that time I launched three B2B platforms, driving market expansion within international teams while also living and working in Sweden, Spain, and Germany.

These experiences have shaped my Leadership and Career Coaching and continue to motivate me daily working with managers and teams. In addition to one-on-one coaching, I collaborate with teams to strengthen communication.
